Sara’s Kitchen
The remodel of this West Linn home turned out so beautifully that it was selected to be part of the 2007 Portland Tour of Remodeled Homes. In this whole house remodel, we were hired by the homeowners to help select the finishes and surfaces in the new kitchen and master bathroom.

Our clients loved the thought of art tile and relief work for a mural behind their stove. They wanted something unique but tasteful. Ultimately they chose this rich, hand-painted Pratt & Larson tile motif which displays a double floral helix and leaf accent pattern. It was simple, yet elegant, and served as the crucial element that pulled the granite countertops, flooring, and wood cabinetry together into a cozy space for both family gatherings and entertaining.
